Pastor Anthony K. Sims

Pastor Anthony K. Sims is a seasoned leader, prophetic voice, and passionate shepherd who carries a mantle to empower, equip, and elevate the people of God. A native of Darlington, South Carolina, he proudly served his country as a United States Navy veteran, retiring after 20 honorable years of service. Today, he resides in beautiful Jacksonville, Florida, where he continues his life of service—this time to the Kingdom of God.

A true prophet of the Lord, Pastor Sims walks boldly in the five-fold ministry gifts with a distinct prophetic and apostolic anointing. His ministry is marked by the undeniable manifestation of God’s Word, accurate prophetic insight, and a deep desire to see lives transformed through divine revelation and sound biblical teaching.

Pastor Sims is the founder and Senior Pastor of Fresh Start Ministries of Jacksonville, established in 2016 alongside his wife and ministry partner, Pastor Stacie Sims. Together, they lead with a shared vision of restoration, healing, and breakthrough under the church’s powerful motto: “Where Everyone Receives a Fresh Start.” His leadership style is rooted in humility, authenticity, and a relentless pursuit of God's heart.

With decades of ministry experience, Pastor Sims has served in various capacities, including men's ministry, Christian education, and as an associate pastor. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life, coupled with his compassionate heart, has allowed him to mentor and disciple many into spiritual maturity.

He is also a prolific author, having written three impactful books:

  • “Fresh Start” – a powerful guide to spiritual renewal
  • “Keys to Becoming Debt Free” – practical and biblical insights for financial breakthrough
  • “P’s to Financial Peace” – a faith-based blueprint for lasting prosperity

He is currently writing his fourth book, “The Mind of a Prophet,” which explores the inner life, spiritual warfare, and mental clarity required for prophetic ministry.

Pastor Sims is a strong advocate for holistic growth—spiritually, emotionally, and financially. He is deeply committed to seeing God’s people walk in victory and freedom, both in their personal lives and in their divine callings. Whether in the pulpit, in mentorship, or through his writings, he continues to lead others toward transformation and truth.

Pastor Stacie Sims

Pastor | Fresh Start Ministries of Jacksonville

Pastor Stacie Sims is a dynamic, Spirit-led leader anointed to serve, teach, and preach the uncompromised Word of God. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, she gave her life to Christ at just seven years old under the leadership of the late Dr. Mary Austin-Jones of We’re for Jesus House of Prayer. Raised by a single parent, Pastor Stacie developed a resilient, compassionate spirit that continues to win the hearts of those she encounters.

Throughout her life, she has overcome many trials and challenges—each one shaping her testimony and deepening her dependence on God. Her life reflects the grace and power of a faithful Savior, and she now dedicates her calling to helping others discover their own fresh start in Christ.

Pastor Stacie, alongside her husband, Senior Pastor and Prophet Anthony K. Sims, faithfully leads Fresh Start Ministries of Jacksonville, founded in 2016. Together, they shepherd the ministry with the motto: “Where Everyone Receives a Fresh Start.” Their shared vision is to see lives transformed by the Word of God and to raise up believers who walk in victory—spiritually, emotionally, and financially.

Pastor Stacie flows apostolically and operates in the gifts of healing, deliverance, prophecy, and intercessory prayer. Her deep commitment to prayer birthed the West Wind Prayer Call in 2020—a powerful movement of intercession that has touched countless lives. She also facilitates Testimony Tuesday, a platform for real people to share real stories of God’s power and faithfulness in their lives.

She and Pastor Anthony are passionate about kingdom principles, including financial stewardship and freedom from debt, which they teach with boldness and faith.
